Our Warranty

We at Possum Busters value our workmanship and reputation within the possum, bird and rodent removal industry. If you believe that there is an issue with the work completed please do not hesitate to call our office to discuss the issue. Possums Our 12 month Possum warranty covers the workmanship and materials used for the possum proofing done at the above mentioned property. Should a possum re- gain entry through one of our repairs, or there is a point in which we have over looked by accident. We will remove the possum and repair the entry points free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

poor maintenance by the building owner, rotten or decaying timber, storm damage.
potential problems or parts of the building that have been specifically excluded in the quote, invoice or outlined on the warranty sheet.
another possum company’s work or attempted works by the owner or any other party.
new entry points created by renovations to the building or by the work of other trades.
new entries chewed by the possum that could not have been reasonably foreseen.
Any adjoining properties or buildings or entry points on adjoining properties or buildings unless otherwise stated Possum Busters Pty Ltd cannot take any responsibility for any damage a possum may cause to a building or its contents whether before, during or after our work is completed.

Rat Control

We provide a warranty on our rodent baiting for a period of 3 months. Once the baits are placed we ask that you wait for up to 2-3 weeks until you are completely noise free. After this time it is not unusual for more rodents to come back however we ask that you give this approximately 1 week for the baits to take effect on the new “residents” as we do place enough baits to last in your roof for the 6 months of our warranty.

Our warranty covers:

If the owner/tenant should here a Rodent for more that 7 consecutive days Possum Busters Pty Ltd will re-inspect the property for free.
If the Rodents have eaten all the bait within the 6 months Possum Busters Pty Ltd will re-bait the roof at no additional cost. This does not include large areas and factories.
If there is a Rodent dead within the roof space or any area we can physically access we will remove the animal free of charge.

Warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover poor maintenance of the building or any works other than work directly carried out by Possum Busters Pty Ltd.
We do not damage any property to remove a dead rodent unless owner of property has given consent and is willing to cover maintenance cost. Possum Busters Pty Ltd cannot take any responsibility for any damage a Rodent may cause to any building or property inside or out.

Birds

Should a bird re-gain entry through one of our repairs, or there is a point in which we have over looked by accident. We will remove the bird and repair the entry points free of charge.
